Goldmann&Partners has developed an analysis methodology for the rationalization of Telecom Italia’s real estate assets from a bioclimatic and sustainable perspective. This analysis concerns the headquarters in Via Oriolo Romano in Rome, which is involved in the project of the Studio of Stefano Boeri architects. It involves a radical design transformation project, developed in 2015 by Stefano Boeri Architetti for the building that housed a Telecom Italia office on Via Oriolo Romano in Rome. It involves implementing integrated and highly innovative technological and spatial solutions.

The project team specifically developed these solutions to significantly upgrade the ecological and functional sustainability of the entire architectural structure, particularly enhancing the energy-saving performance of the whole complex. The revamping program was primarily based on completely replacing the existing facades with a novel system of technologically advanced architectural screens with a strong expressive character.
