ITALGAS – LRP09 – Giugiaro

A general sustainability survey was conducted on the Italgas building at Largo Regio Parco 9 in Turin, using the GEEA® – Green Energy and Efficiency Audit® Preliminary Report methodology, a proprietary protocol of Goldmann & Partners, aimed at highlighting the critical issues and potential of a building in terms of sustainability, with particular attention to the economic and managerial efficiency of the real estate asset.

Verification inspections were carried out, after which it was possible to map out precisely the critical issues encountered, analyze them, and formulate possible improvement solutions for each. For any economic evaluation, it is essential to have at least a preliminary design level of the improvement works.
The conclusions of this analysis work are very complex as they are articulated across all the areas of sustainability concerned by the building complex at Largo Regio Parco, presenting differentiated levels of criticality, sometimes particularly significant.

For this same reason, however, the Italgas building at Largo Regio Parco 9 represents an unmissable opportunity to implement all those innovative and virtuous system solutions that have been investigated and pursued following the general sustainability analysis conducted within the framework of the present GEEA®.
