Identification of possible BASE CRITERIA for the new ISP project: based on the information gathered from the analysis of the spaces at Largo Mattioli 3 and a detailed discussion with HR structures, where many aspects of human behavior in the work environment were discussed, the ISP Base Criteria emerged, which will then guide the Pilot Project:

• SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS OF THE CURRENT STATE (Anamnesis of the TYPICAL HEADQUARTERS at Largo Mattioli 3);
• DIAGNOSIS (specific ISP case – GROUND FLOOR of Largo Mattioli 3);
• GENERAL CONCEPT – identification of possible BASE CRITERIA for the new ISP project applicable throughout the territory;
• SPECIFIC PROJECT for the GROUND FLOOR of Largo Mattioli 3 based on these Base Criteria;
• EXECUTION;
• MONITORING OF RESULTS;
• CONFIRMATION OF THE GENERAL CONCEPT.

In-depth PRELIMINARY SCIENTIFIC ANALYSES:

• Accurate lighting checks of natural light in all involved environments;
• Calculation of average color temperatures of light (morning, zenith, and afternoon) at the two annual solstices and mid-seasons (available in specific databases);
• Ergonomic-distributive calculations on all project surfaces for ergonomic balance verification in the design of environments according to their intended use (Fibonacci ratio base/height);
• Checks of exogenous physical, electromagnetic emissions, acoustic waves, or others;
• Checks of exogenous chemical emissions in the environment (external project conditions, third-party uses, etc.).
